Very disappointed. Completed two Contact/Enquiry forms online for a call back. No response, so I called the landline and person who answered the phone did not have any Customer Service skills which was a bit off putting. Advised him that I had already completed two contact forms. First he said he had not received any, then he had another look and found one of them.We discussed what blinds I was interested in then arranged an appointment for him to call at my house,the following day. The appointment was for 11.00. When he had not arrived by 11.50, I called him on his mobile and he said he was running late, and would be here in about 30 mins. I advised him not to bother as I would not be waiting in for him all day.. he actually sounded like he was still at home.. not professional at all.I was thankful that I did not give him any business.PS. His name is Robert Salmons and he gave himself 5 stars 7 months ago.
