My comment in from 2017 : Stay away from this agency.Poor real estates company legal charlatan and a bit discriminative too.Playing with the word deposit and holdin deposit to do their business and stole legaly money from people.BE VERY CAREFUL with this company no ethics what so ever.

Top marks for these guys. Fab family business with instant results when it came to renting out my property. Initially went to them as my daughter had let a place in Datchet through them a couple of years ago and spoke highly. I wasn't disappointed. Key positives was their communication levels. Texts, emails, follow up calls, reports on progress etc. This proactive approach is bang on the money. Jez.
What an absolute shower!! Staff that really don't seem to care, never return calls, and ignore emails.Had had to chase for weeks to get a routine property inspection carried out, they even sent pictures of someone else's house on one report!!We didn't even know our existing tenants were moving out until we got a text telling us that a viewing had been booked with a prospective new tenant. Dumped them after the first year and went with another agent and the difference is like night and day. Take my advice and look elsewhere for a property management agent.Lucky to get the compulsory 1 star on this review
