Nice if you want some where to stay that's affordable. Shower broken did report but never got fixed.Rooms are clean and warm . Thought it would be noisy but so quiet.Staff friendly and convenient for Windsor.
Clean comfy room. Good size room and bathroom. Charged extra for breakfast! Just a very limited continetal breakfast included in the price. I would not have stayed if I had known this . It is not clear when booking this is the case.
The room was clean and a good size. We only wanted it to rest our heads, as we were away for the weekend visiting my son and his girlfriend.The price included a continental breakfast, which was more than adequate. The room had plenty of tea and coffee. The bed was firm but gave a good night's sleep, with plenty of pillows. Certainly somewhere I would consider using again.
Business visit to Old Windsor. Visit began with waiter James overcharging my card. Luckily Manager Naz took over and rectified the situation.Food at Tobys looked stale and greasy and very nasty so ate out. Room 204. Large and airy. Bed not made up properly. Bedside tables away from the bed. Bedside lamps not working. No liner in bin.Bathroom. Broken+dirty toilet. No tissues. Minimal toilet paper. No water glass. No bin liner. Blocked shower. No soap. Need a room? Try somewhere else.Manager Naz was pleasant and helpful
We were unsure where to park and how and where to register for the lodge, we then had to stand at the bar and wait for a waitress to get a manager for us, the outside of the carvery and the lodge both need renovating, need a big paint job. The state of the paintwork, doors etc does need some renovation, it does not seem to be inviting to anyone, in fact had we not previously booked online I would have looked elsewhere, which would be a shame as the lodge room was good, clean and perfectly fine for our short stay, but some people would have gone elsewhere due to the first impression. Just needs a lot of TLC.
