As someone else has said, they've removed the bad (yet accurate) reviews! This place is genuinely awful. Gave my fianc someone else's letter (that's what I call data protection) and then couldn't find her one so spent about 20 minutes reprinting one. Abysmal staff with 0 people skills. Avoid.
Best first point of contact ever. Newton Court Medical Centre reception were very understanding and extremely helpful.
bad reviews are removed it seems. would not recommend this surgery at all, sadly its my only option, poorly trained staff and slow to deal with *urgent matters*
